Downloading Your MP3s:
1) After your PayPal payment is processed, you will be instantly sent to a download page where you can download your mp3 file/s. Your download link will also be instantly and automatically EMAILED to the address used by your PayPal account.
2) The download link will be EMAILED to the email address used in your order. Be sure you know what it is and be sure that your email address is current and working BEFORE you place your order. When ordering, enter your email address VERY CAREFULLY. If you enter it incorrectly, we have no way to guess what it might be and no way to contact you or to deliver your download info. (If you did not receive a payment receipt via email, this might be a clue that you mis-entered your email address or that messages from this site are landing in your spam folder.) If you don't get your download info email, make sure you are checking the correct email account BEFORE you write for support. One problem I've encountered many times is the download email being automatically deleted by the customer's spam filters (either theirs or *their ISP's*), so watch for this as well. YAHOO USERS: CHECK OR DISABLE YOUR BULK MAIL FOLDER as the download messages often end up there. The download emails are created automatically using a program that makes them secure; therefore, the subject line cannot be customized just for you and/or your spam filter.
3) When downloading from the download page (either on redirect or after you've received the email with a link to the download page), you should be able to click the download icon and save the file. However, if you have any difficulty with this, try right-clicking the link and choose "save target as". Don't listen to the mp3 file from the download page. Instead, make sure you are actually saving the file to to your computer (and be sure to pick a location that you will remember and can find again).
4) These files are quite large and are recommended for HIGH SPEED INTERNET USERS ONLY. Download interruptions by your ISP are your responsibility.
5) The link to your download page will auto-expire in 48 hours (after it is sent), whether or not you got around to downloading it. Download your file immediately. If you are going on vacation or won't have time to download it once you receive it, then wait to place your order until you will be able to do so WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING IT. If, for some reason, you do not receive your download email within 24 hours of placing your order (it should arrive within minutes), notify this site by email IMMEDIATELY. We will MANUALLY resend you a new link FOR THE SAME PRODUCT, one time, as soon as time permits. Please be patient, as we DO NOT offer 24/7 tech support.

IMPORTANT: Please direct any support issues regarding your order (not received, can't download, etc.) directly to this site, and NOT to PayPal (who can only help you with issues regarding your PayPal account). Be sure to use the correct support address (support@hypenterprises.com), as this is the ONLY way your support request will be properly flagged and will quickly reach its intended recipient. DO NOT simply reply to your payment receipt and DO NOT go to the PayPal site and file a support request with them. When submitting a support request to me, please keep in mind that I receive lots of orders and I handle all tech support (and order processing) BY MYSELF and do not maintain "a support staff". Be patient, clear and thorough. Include as much info as possible in your support request: your name, the date you placed your order, what you ordered and the email address you used. Making me guess who you are and when you ordered means it may take much longer for me to sort through all past orders and find yours. Thanks.
